Iolite has moved into the portable vaporizer market with a head full of steam, or shall we say, a head full of vapor? The brand new Iolite WiSPR makes vaporizing on the go a breeze. It’s easy to load, easy to use and easy to carry in a purse, satchel or handbag. Somewhat resembling a juice box, the WiSPR is butane activated, but it doesn’t combust the materials in the heat chamber, rather the unit acts like a soldering iron, heating the dry blend by convection current which pulls the active ingredients up the draw straw when inhaled, providing a clean tasty mouthful of vapor.
The WiSPR is subtle and portable, resembling a juice box. Loading the WiSPR is very easy and the heat up time is incredibly quick. Simply load the WiSPR with butane, wait a minute for it to settle then load the chamber with the desired blend and attach it to the heating element. The butane reservoir holds up to 500 mg of butane, which allows about 30-45 minutes of continual vaporizing.
The coolest thing about the WiSPR is that it lets you know when it’s heating up; when the user clicks the activator switch, the WiSPR emits a low hissing sound and a red light turns on to let the user know the unit is close to optimal temperature. Once the light goes off, the user can rip at least 5 solid draws before re-stirring the blend.
